Marblehead

While Jan was meeting her friends for lunch, Pat Flaherty and I went to the beach in Marblehead. We had lunch at "Lime Ricky's" (Lobster Roll, of course!) and then walked along the beach to find "lucky rocks". We found a few good rocks which I will take home. 'Cause obviously we don't have lucky rocks in Tampa. It was another beautiful day and we walked along the beach for a while.

Pat and I then went to downtown Marblehead and checked out all the little stores. It was very warm in most stores because nobody has A/C - not something I'm used to. In Tampa you have to bring your coat when you go shopping or to a restaurant, because every building is kept as cold as a meatlocker. Here in MA the temperatures are so nice I can actually sit outside without melting into the sand. Cool!
After lunch we went over to Pat's house and talked about knitting and weaving and we had a good time. Jan came to pick me up at Pat's house and we went back to Cilla's. For dinner Jan and I went to "The Barnacle" in Marblehead where I had - what else? - a Lobster. We are leaving tomorrow and I have to get as much Lobster as I can before we are going to Vermont.

I am sooo happy!

What do people eat in Vermont? I am NOT living on Maple Syrup, that's for sure!
When we left "The Barnacle" I took another couple pictures of the harbor and we went back to Cilla's.
